Thank you for choosing our products and services! By placing an order for our products, you agree to accept this policy and its arrangements. We offer delivery services to your address via courier, or you may opt to pick up your order by appointment at our studio located in Bukit Jalil. Our shipping services include delivery to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and international destinations. Standard delivery times are as follows:
West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
East Malaysia: 5-7 working days
International: Up to 60 days, depending on current global conditions.
To keep you informed about your order's shipping progress, we schedule shipments every Tuesday and Friday. Free shipping within Malaysia for orders above RM300.
For international shipping, please contact customer service for confirmation.
Shipments are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday.
Please provide the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we will email you the courier tracking number. If you notice any errors in the shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance. Any incorrect details can be updated via customer service; otherwise, the shipment will proceed with the original information. If re-shipping is required due to incorrect details, the cost will be borne by you. If you do not receive your order within a week, please contact our customer service to track your package.
