Product Introduction
China Tea Mingzhu 1801 is produced by China Tea Wuzhou Company using an automated fermentation line. Building on traditional Liu Pao tea-making expertise and integrating modern processing technology, the fermentation process becomes visible and controllable.
Carefully selected First Grade Liu Pao tea with a lighter fermentation profile, it is aged through a cellar storage process. The dry leaves are tightly rolled, with a glossy dark-brown appearance, making it suitable for further aging. Over time, natural maturation enhances its flavor even more. The tea is characterized by its distinctive betel nut aroma, bright and transparent orange-red liquor, and a refreshing, mellow-sweet taste. Packaged in an elegant brown tin, it conveys solidity and refinement—an excellent balance of quality and value, and also a thoughtful gift choice.
Tasting Notes: Woody Aged Aroma · Refreshing Yet Smooth
The liquor is bright orange-red, carrying a refreshing fusion of woody notes and aged fragrance. The taste is mellow and silky, with a delicate, lingering sweetness. Its flavor layers balance youthful freshness with subtle aged undertones.
Overall, the tea is well-balanced, approachable, and uniquely combines freshness with depth.
Recommended For
If you enjoy Liu Pao teas that balance youthful sharpness with aged depth and the signature betel nut aroma, Mingzhu 1801 offers an excellent value choice. It is especially suitable for daily wellness drinking and collection. For those accustomed to ripe Pu-erh or other dark teas, Liu Pao presents a profound flavor worth exploring.
Tea Master’s Brewing Guide:
Use 5–8g of tea in a 150ml–250ml Yixing teapot. Quickly rinse with boiling water, then brew with freshly boiled water. The first infusion already reveals its betel nut fragrance and smooth taste. Continue multiple infusions according to preference—this tea is long-lasting and reveals layered flavors across steeps.
Wellness Benefits
Liu Pao tea aids digestion and helps relieve greasiness, making it a good pairing after rich or oily meals. With long-term consumption, it may help support metabolism, regulate the body, and is gentle on the stomach. Properly aged Liu Pao becomes smoother, soothing the throat and promoting salivation, while remaining friendly to digestive health.
